Furthermore, Tobias has vast experience with foreign financial authorities, where he has handled several regulatory processes, including licensing and registration of cryptocurrency companies.

Tobias has experience with general corporate regulatory matters and commercial contracts. As a Legal Counsel for Coinify, he advised the company on broad legal issues. He assisted in the company’s globalization and development of the company’s internal policies such as anti-money laundering, outsourcing, and token sale.

Tobias speaks about the general understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrencies and has been used as a speaker to explain cryptocurrencies’ legal treatment.
