Payam Samarghandi

Payam Samarghandi advises Danish and international clients on legal matters related to cryptocurrency. Since 2016, Payam has gained a deep market-leading knowledge in this field. Throughout the years, Payam has gained experience in advising market-leading projects from centralized trading platforms, virtual assets service providers (VASPs) and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). Payam has established a broad national and international network, extensive professional experience and gained a second to none industry knowledge, which forms the basis of his legal advice.

Payam’s experience as a legal advisor includes in particular financial regulation, corporate law, commercial contracts, legal opinions assessments and litigation. Payam also has in-depth experience with tax law, where Payam regularly represents clients regarding taxation on gains on virtual currencies against the Danish tax authorities.
