Currently, Helena is working on her thesis related to the EU’s anti-money laundering package, with a particular focus on the revision of the Money Transfer Regulation. The revision proposes an expansion of its scope to include transfers of crypto assets. Therefore, the research aims to determine whether the regulations in this regard violate the principle of proportionality.

Helena has experience as an advisor and team leader at Entrepreneurship Assistance, where she provides guidance on various business legal issues that entrepreneurs may encounter. These issues encompass challenges in areas such as corporate law, contract law, marketing law, and intellectual property law.
